This project is my favorite winter craft project of all times. I look forward to putting it out every year, and I want to share with you my process so you can make one, too!
What you'll need:
a one-quart, wide-mouth jar
string of white mini lights (35-50 lights)
one pound bag of plastic pellets
strip of flannel, 20" by 2.5"
embellishments for hat (optional)
terra cotta saucer (about 4.75" wide)
clay (bake or air dry clay) for nose & star
craft acrylic paint
snowman face pattern (below)
Mod Podge or PVA glue, few drops to mix into black paint
