This project is my favorite winter craft project of all times. I look forward to putting it out every year, and I want to share with you my process so you can make one, too!

  2. string of white mini lights (35-50 lights)

  3. one pound bag of plastic pellets

  4. strip of flannel, 20" by 2.5"

  5. embellishments for hat (optional)

  6. terra cotta saucer (about 4.75" wide)

  7. clay (bake or air dry clay) for nose & star

  8. craft acrylic paint

  9. snowman face pattern (below)
